For a busy self-service surf café in Antalya we built one platform: guests order and pay from the table, the bar gets every order live, phones buzz when it’s ready, and regulars meet, chat and earn free coffee.

The brief
At a self-service café by the beach, guests queue just to order, shout names over the music, and speak Turkish, English, Russian and Arabic.
So we built the whole loop, not a QR menu: ordering and payment from the table, a cashier screen, a bar tablet, a pickup TV, and Connect Surf, a community app with events, chat and coffee stamps that turns guests into regulars.
One QR code per table opens the café’s own branded menu. No app to download, no account. Every drink comes with its real options and prices that update as you choose.
Nothing reaches the bar until it’s paid. Card payments confirm themselves; FAST bank transfers come with a reference code, and the cashier confirms them with one tap.
Paid orders land on the bar tablet with every option spelled out. Start, Ready, Collected: each tap updates the guest’s phone, which turns green and buzzes when the drink is up.
A TV over the bar shows what’s preparing and ready. The staff change prices, photos and sold-out items from the tablet, and every guest’s menu updates instantly.
From the same QR code, guests join the café’s own community: see who’s here with a green online dot, connect, chat and share their socials on one profile.
The team posts a surf night on the tablet and taps Announce. Every member gets a phone notification, taps “I’m going” and sees who else is coming. The café owns its audience.
Every paid coffee ordered with a profile is a stamp, counted automatically. Every 15th is free with one tap at checkout, and regulars climb four badge levels up to Surf Legend at 150 coffees.

Alongside the platform we made the launch kit: a 25-second vertical app ad built from the real screens, with voice, music and sound design, and a pitch deck in English and Turkish.
